At First Presbyterian Church of Austin, every act of generosity helps shape a more vibrant, welcoming, and spirit-filled community. Through our Steward Us program, you’re invited to direct your giving to the ministries and spaces that matter most to you.

Whether it’s uplifting worship through music, nurturing the faith of our children and youth, creating meaningful moments of hospitality, or caring for our beautiful campus—your gift makes it personal.

Below, you’ll find specific opportunities to sponsor budget items across vital areas of our ministry during this fall and Christmas.

Worship and Music

Maintain excellence in music and worship

  • Communion elements for one month, $80

  • A guest preacher to relieve our solo pastor for one Sunday, $300

  • Brass musicians for Christmas Eve, $3000

  • Music purchase for Sanctuary Choir, $70

  • Cellist for All Saints Sunday, $250

  • Organ tuning in December (twice a year), $1600 per tuning

  • New handbell piece, $50 each

  • Worship musicians per week, $1400

  • Piano tuning (3-4 times per year), $250 per tuning

  • New lavalier microphone for worship, $130

  • Donation of any amount to support worship and music

Children, Youth, and Family

Provide a safe, welcoming learning environment for all ages

  • Sheet cake and punch ingredients for Jesus’ Birthday Celebration on December 21, $75

  • Light-up safety bracelets for FPCA welcome gift at Trunk or Treat, $500

  • Handheld candles for Christmas Eve, $200

  • New TV for children’s Wonder Hour curriculum, $1000

  • Guest speaker for adult ed, $200

  • Donation of any amount to support children, youth, and family programs

Help us be welcoming and friendly

  • Coffee supplies for one month, $160

  • Cookies and punch for the Carols & Cookies event, $75

  • Two street banners for Christmas, $220

  • Newsprint ad for Christmas in Northwest Austin News, $325

  • Snacks for the January New Member Class, $25

  • Quiche and pastries for our November New Member Brunch, $60

  • Website redesign to better serve new guests/visitors, $10,000

  • Donation of any amount to support welcoming and fellowship

Our Campus

Keep our campus and buildings safe, clean, and operational

  • One month of internet/WIFI service, $100

  • One month of trash pickup, $200

  • A new laptop for a staff member (2-3 replaced each year), $1000 per device

  • One month of tech support for our church and school staff, $1300 per month

  • A preventative maintenance inspection for 23 HVAC units (4 times per year), $2300

  • HVAC coil replacement for Sanctuary  A/C unit, $22,000

  • One month of landscaping, $790

  • New access card keys, $50

  • Annual financial review, $4200

  • Donation of any amount for repairs from the 5/28/2025 storm damage

  • Donation of any amount to support our campus
