Youth
We are the clay, and you are our potter. We are the work of your hands.” Isaiah 64:8
Leader: God is Good…
Youth: All the time!
Leader: All the time…
Youth: God is good!
Come discover how good, no, GREAT your relationship with God can be! FPC wants youth to grow with God and one another through fellowship, mission, prayer, bible study, and worship.
Youth in grades 6 through 12 are always welcome!
Sunday Morning
First we eat some breakfast, (yes, we love to eat so church members help feed us) then we relax on our comfy futons and hear how God is working in our lives by studying life stories and the Bible together, and then praying with each other. Middle school and high school meet separately, Youth Suite.
Sunday Evening
Youth Group! What do we do? …Eat dinner together and energize!…Split into a Bible study group, but sometimes we play Ding Dong Hockey, eat Gutter Ice Cream, compete in the strange Watermelon Olympics, play sardines, cook millions of pancakes for the Fat Tuesday Pancake Supper, reverse trick or treat to collect for the community food pantry, make “plarn” mats for the homeless, go schlitter at the “Bahn”, have a Christmas candy bar swap, and always, end with prayer and "candle time” together.
